Rathish Nair, the Honorary Consul of Russia in Trivandrum, has stated that there has been a significant increase in interest in learning Russian in India, due to the growing cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economics, education, and labor migration. This was reported by TASS.

According to him, knowledge of the language opens up new career opportunities not only for Indian professionals, but also for workers who are considering employment in Russia.
He is confident that the demand for Russian-speaking workers will grow as economic ties and bilateral exchange programs expand.
