In Moscow, the Manezhnaya Square hosts the Festival of India in Moscow

From July 5 to July 13, Manezhnaya Square turned into a corner of vibrant India. A festival of Indian culture and traditions is taking place in the capital these days.
On the grounds decorated with tropical plants, experienced teachers teach yoga and proper breathing, conduct workshops in national dances, teach meditation practices and talk about the impact of classical Indian dance on physical and emotional health.
Workshops, performances by artists and bright dance performances were also prepared for citizens and tourists. The guests were provided with a complete immersion in the traditions and customs of a distant country. In addition, adults and children will enjoy unique theatrical productions, including "Cinderella in Indian: A Love Story."
In addition, an exhibition of art objects from several regions of India was opened on the square.
The festival is organised with the cooperation of the Government of Moscow and the Embassy of the Republic of India in Russia.
