Speaking at the opening ceremony of the UP International Trade Show 2025 (UPITS), where Russia is a partner country, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the strengthening of the partnership between New Delhi and Moscow. This was reported by TASS.
"This year, Russia has become a partner country for the exhibition, which means that our time-tested partnership is further strengthening," said Narendra Modi.
The third international exhibition UPITS is taking place from September 25 to 29 in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The forum is organised by the state government and India Exposition Mart Ltd. with the support of the Russian Trade Mission in India.
The exhibition includes a business dialogue between Russia and India, as well as B2B and B2G meetings.
The Uttar Pradesh delegation, led by the Mayor of Agra, Hemlata Divakar, will participate in the plenary session of the first business forum "TIME: Russia-India. Mutual Effeciency".
