Since 1999, a company has been operating in Tatarstan for the production of women's clothing. In 2023, the management decided to attract specialists from India, where the sewing industry is very well developed. Currently, 26 people work in the workshops, producing up to 85,000 items per year. This information was provided by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In recent years, the mechanism for attracting foreign labor to the company has been fully established. A special agency helps to recruit employees from both India and the Republics of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Instruction, personal conversations, and working in mixed teams with Russian-speaking colleagues help foreigners to adapt. Traditionally, employees celebrate secular holidays together, such as the Day of Light Industry, New Year, and the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.
