During a press conference at TASS dedicated to the preparation and holding of the first business forum "TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency", Divesh Kumar, the honorary representative of the Council for the Promotion of Pharmaceutical Exports of India, called on foreign investors to develop their business in Russia.
"As for investments, I looked at the data. Of the five regions that receive the most of our investments, Tatarstan ranks second. This is an opportunity for development. Russia is very open to investment. And I invite Indian businessmen here – come to Russia, build your business here," said Divesh Kumar.
