Kazan will host Counter-Strike 2 and FIFA 25 E-sports Tournament

As part of the first “TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency” Business Forum Kazan will host Counter-Strike 2 and EA Sports FC 25 (FIFA 25) E-sports Tournament with a prize pool of 150,000 rubles.
Both sports consistently hold leading positions on digital platforms in terms of player numbers, and global tournaments attract millions of viewers. In 2024, e-sports was recognised as an Olympic sport, and the first Olympic E-sports Games will be held in Saudi Arabia in 2027.
48 teams represented by over 100 participants from Russia and India will compete in Kazan in the modern Cyber Park Arena, featuring the best gaming equipment for true gamers, located at the IT Park named after Bashir Rameev (2a Spartakovskaya Street) on October 8 at 9:00 a.m.
Arni Dvoram, a freestyle artist, media influencer and presenter of image, official, and sporting events, will host the Tournament. Counter-Strike 2 competitions between teams of five e-sports athletes will take place on maps of the world's largest Major tournaments.

“TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency” Business Forum will be held in Kazan for the first time on October 8-9. The business programme of the Forum, held at the IT Park named after Bashir Rameev, will feature sessions on key topics: investment and finance, labour market, education and science, IT and digital technologies, medicine, petrochemical industry, agriculture, film industry, and media.
As part of the Forum, Film Festival featuring Indian directors will take place at the “Mir” cinema, scientific and practical lectures will take place at Kazan Federal University, and a friendly cricket match between students teams from both countries will be played at the Central Stadium. The event is supported by the Embassy of India in the Russian Federation.
