The business programme of the 2nd Russian-Indian Business Forum "TIME: Tatarstan Initiative Mutual Efficiency" will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at a new venue: the Centre of Unique Craftsmanship (TSUM) in Kazan.
The inaugural forum was held in October 2025 at the Bashir Rameev IT Park. While the initial meeting between Russian and Indian business circles focused primarily on establishing a dialogue and making first contacts, this year’s emphasis is on a closer integration of the business, cultural, and social agendas.
The Centre of Unique Craftsmanship is a new creative space in the very heart of Kazan, where art, creativity, and modern communication formats converge. Choosing this venue helps redefine the traditional concept of a business forum, creating an environment where corporate discussions sit alongside a cultural programme and opportunities for attendees to explore the city.
For both Russian and Indian delegates, it offers a chance to experience Tatarstan not just as an industrial and investment destination, but as a region rich in history with a vibrant creative economy.
The venue perfectly aligns with the forum’s concept: to look beyond purely corporate discussions and highlight the full spectrum of Russia–India ties, from business and technology to cultural and community projects.
The event’s substance and business agenda remain the same, with the promotion of Russia–India economic cooperation staying at the core of the TIME Forum. Bringing together business representatives, government authorities, and the expert community from both countries, the main programme will cover industry, investment, IT, logistics, agribusiness, medicine, technology, and other fields of partnership.
Media accreditation for the TIME Forum is available via the link until 10 October 2026. Official website of the TIME Forum. Useful information about the Forum via the link.
