On Sunday, an event dedicated to International Yoga Day will be held at the Central Stadium of Kazan. The holiday was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2015. It will be led by certified instructors for the participants of all ages and skill levels with the support of the Consulate General of India in Kazan and the Kazan City Administration.
The event objective is to unite people of all ages and interests in pursuit of a better quality of life and to become part of a global movement that spans the entire world.
Participation is free of charge. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
