At a meeting of the BRICS Cities Association in New Delhi, cooperation agreements were signed between Buinsk and Faridabad, as well as between Nizhnekamsk and Bareilly.
The documents are aimed at developing cultural, educational and economic ties between the cities and open up new opportunities for interregional cooperation.
