The forum was held in New Delhi, the capital of India. Representatives of government agencies and the business community of both countries were gathered there to discuss the economic and investment prospects of bilateral cooperation.
Opening remarks at the forum were made by: Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary of the Department for Industrial Development and Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Government of India; Vladimir Ilyichev, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Nivruti Rai, CEO and Managing Director of Invest India, and Alexander Rybas, Trade Representative of the Ministry of Commerce of India in the Russian Federation.
During the discussions, the Russian side invited Indian partners to participate in the Business Forum "TIME: Tatarstan – India. Mutual Efficiency", scheduled for October 8-9, 2025 in Kazan.
