The event was organised by the Indian dance group “Santosh” under the leadership of Gulnara Gataullina.
The following performers also took the stage:
✨ the folk Indian dance group “Nirananda”;
✨ the Indian dance studio “Urvashi”;
✨ the Indian dance group “Nandini”;
✨ the Helix and Dflow teams, which include Indian students studying in Tatarstan.
The artists presented classical and folk dances that convey the centuries‑old cultural heritage of India — its depth, beauty and uniqueness.
Such events become an important part of the cultural dialogue between Russia and India — sincere and inspiring.
During the festival, representatives of the “Santosh” group invited everyone interested to free Indian dance classes held at the House of Friendship of the Peoples of Tatarstan. These classes bring together all those who wish to explore Indian culture more closely.
