Arrangements will be made to meet and see off Forum participants between October 14 and 17, in accordance with the arrival and departure schedule (as indicated in the participant accreditation system).On October 15 and 16, a shuttle bus service will operate on a special route and schedule between the Nogai Hotel and the Forum venue (TSUM) and back.
