of the subject to the processing of their personal data by the Operators

By registering on the website https://time-forum.ru, the User accepts this Consent to processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent).
Acting freely, of their own free will and confirming their legal capacity, and in their own interests, confirms their consent to the provision of:
ANO “Directorate for International Programmes” (OGRN 1161690114629), located at the address: 420049, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Agronomicheskaya Street, Bldg. 11 (hereinafter – ANO “DIP”) (hereinafter – the Operator) of its personal data in the framework of the preparation and holding of the TIME Business Forum: “Tatarstan-India. Mutual Efficiency” in Kazan in 2025.
The User gives their consent to the Operator to process their personal data under the following conditions:
This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools. The latest version is always posted on the website https://time-forum.ru.
I consent to the processing of the following personal data of mine that is not special or biometric:
·       initials – last name, first name, patronymic (in Russian and English);
·       email addresses;
·       contact phone numbers;
·       field of activity;
Personal data is not publicly available.
Purpose of personal data processing:
·       granting of the rights to use the website and compensated rendering of services for the provision of additional functionality under the terms of the Rules for using the website https://time-forum.ru;
·       processing incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultations;
·       conducting advertising and newsletters.
Grounds of processing personal data are:
·       Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
·       paragraphs 1 and 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”;
·       this Consent.
In the course of processing my personal data by the Operators, I grant the rights to the Operators' employees to transfer my personal data to other officials of the Operators within the scope of their job responsibilities.
Operators have the right, in fulfillment of their obligations, to exchange (receive and transmit) my personal data with state government bodies, as well as other organisations, using machine-readable media or via communication channels, subject to measures to ensure their protection from unauthorised access, provided that their reception and processing is carried out by a person obliged to maintain professional secrecy.
Personal data is processed until the individual's account is deleted, or upon receipt of a request from the personal data subject to cease processing.
The storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.
Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or its representative at the address specified in this Consent.
In the event of withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data by the subject of personal data or their representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
This Consent is valid until the processing of personal data is terminated.
